How do you play games while being depressed?

Hello brothers,season depression hit and since i also suffer from bipolar my depression is extremly bad.I use video games as a method to cope with my loneliness and inceldom.I mostly play games from the 2000'e since my graphics card got fried last summer.Do you have game recommendations that can be enjoyed even when having anhedonia?Last games i played were:Half-Life 1,Resident evil 4(original not remake),hoi4 and persona 4.

Depression is unsubstantial. I've already reached an irreversible point in life so there's no relief or satisfaction in brooding about it. The inexpressible rage is real though. I wish I could do things that would place me in prison. Life is a prison. Bed-rotting is fine, but some of us have obligations to attend to. I can't afford to lay in bed everyday and contemplate my suffering and discontent. I need money, I have bills to pay. Man, I miss the good ol' days of NEETdom.

I've found that you just need to find your preferable niche and stick to that. I recently played the Bioshock Trilogy, some Resident Evil, Batman, and other action-oriented games with critical acclaim. Just play whatever genre you enjoy most and find new titles.
