How do you play games while being depressed?

Hello brothers,season depression hit and since i also suffer from bipolar my depression is extremly bad.I use video games as a method to cope with my loneliness and inceldom.I mostly play games from the 2000'e since my graphics card got fried last summer.Do you have game recommendations that can be enjoyed even when having anhedonia?Last games i played were:Half-Life 1,Resident evil 4(original not remake),hoi4 and persona 4.

I barely play, sometimes I play Street Fighter 3rd Strike arcade mode and that's it. Games get boring as you age.

its hard... you need to find game that is very addictive and i always drink when i play so it distracts me
