I can't comprehend how these NPC's ever achieve the sort of prominence, prestige and power that they do in the professional world. I am continuously in awe of just how grossly incompetent, unprofessional and low iq so many of my past and present colleagues have been but yet, they manage to ascend the corporate hierarchy with far greater success and ease then I ever have. I suspect it has nothing to do with their actual intelligence or aptitude in certain functional domains but rather their ability to "connect" with their fellow normfags and therefore ingratiate themselves not on the basis of merit but rather on congeniality which is ridiculous. As they say, its not what you know but who you know and it has always been difficult for me to get to know people whom I just can't relate to as they are so far beneath my intellectual level.

I would say they care most about whether you are neural-typical and can carry on a convivial conversation as befits a gregarious and outgoing person more then they care about anything else since those considerations transcend the ideological divide. As a mild autist and one who suffers from moderate anxiety I can tell you unequivocally that people prejudge me on the basis of what they perceive as my lack of perfectly calibrated social graces and that this is what has impeded my own personal advancement in this life.
