How many are normies?

Some say "everyone is". Some say is 80-20 due to the popularity of pareto in the manuresphere.

I say they are up to 60% in very rare almost unique circumstances. In normal circumstances normies never reach 10%

I pull this number from my reading of studies on the topic of perception of the self in corporate hierarchy. I realized a vast majority of people are trapped in a mechanism but they develop coping habits. For instance one method is the dilbert mode which says you should only do what is necessary. In sme corporate structures is called "white strike". Basically they treat it as if you already rebelled spiritually agains the corporate identity.

I dont think most people we call "normies" really are "normie". Because they show a ton of distress signals they regularly fight against. They operate under chronic constraints they cannot overcome so they show a ton of flexibility inventing strategies around issues. And is surprising how few of them gets dominated by the "collective identity". Most people are not slaves who get conformed to a collectivist communist bullshit like apple or the cult of the natoin or a religion. Even inside of religions people do not get fucked and they are not spiritually dead. A spiritually dead person would be one of these people yuri bezmenov calls "true believers". But most people arent like this, tehy dont believe, they maintain some "core truth" in their heart to stay afloat and dont get crazy.

What corporate hierarchies do is select for surface level compliance. I think at the very best they will have 10% "true believers". Not even apple goes over 22%, which tells a lot.

So people disengage with the collective and find coping strategies to make it seem on surface level they are "on board" but they really arent.

People suffer greatly for their coping habits, they cause them PTSD, anhedonia. Stuff makes them compulsive and twist their psyche so they buy funny asian statues, get into extreme porn, enter D&D fantasies. Basically they run defensive mechanisms, none is really really a serf cuckold.

But in some specific circumstances, yeah normies can increase in number people can get normified. I still think they will never reach actual majority.
