Well I mean progressives and I mean the belief that men are evil and sexist and that white men are racist when did these beliefs become common and popular I'm going to guess the 21st century not to say that they didn't exist before then but it seems the 21st century thanks to the internet popularized these beliefs and most people seem to hold these beliefs in the West.
