The idea came to me what if incels had shinigami eyes for bodycount. Everytime you look at someone you see a number above their heads indicating how many people they have had sex with. It would be very blackpilling and perhaps some utility could be derived from it.

It would be blackpilling because you would see how much of a whore most foids are. You wouldnt really get oneitises because before you start to have a crush on a girl you'll see she's already fucked like seven dudes before. Or maybe you see some coworkers flirting and the next day both their body counts went up.
