In the interests of alleviating any ambiguity regarding the process of advancement within the Incel Protection Force, which itself is the premier and most elite component within our broader movement, and so as to ensure that those individuals who aspire to advance within our ranks know the prerequisites for such advancement I am publishing the latest edition of our rank regulations below.

*Major skill areas include: information and technical services (web design, coding, etc.), ideology and propaganda (literary skills, comprehensive historical, philosophical and/or legal training, education or knowledge, oratorical skills and general affinity for public speaking), tactical operations (military or police training and/or experience, paramilitary training and/or experience)
**Advanced Rank Placement or the APR Program is designed to reward and incentivize the service of those individuals who have exceptional skills, aptitudes, education, experience or other utility functions which can be measured by objective analytical metrics. Candidates for admittance to the IPF with advanced degrees or with proven leadership experience may be considered eligible for APR placement at the rank of sergeant or staff sergeant. In all cases, the commanding officer will be the determining authority on matters of APR considerations.
