For having significantly contributed to recent efforts to safeguard the internal continuity and security of this great and glorious revolutionary organization and for their steadfast commitment to serving the cause of incel liberation, Second Lieutenant McGee and Sergeant First Class Tovarishcel are hereby awarded the IPF Personal Achievement Ribbon First Class.

While the details of their recent service can not be disclosed here due to the sensitive nature of their efforts and the secrecy which it necessitates, our movement, its mission and our men are safer, stronger and more resilient then ever before due to their honorable efforts.

So much happens behind the scenes which the ordinary rank and file soldiers will never know about but which we need men of valor and vigilance for. Perhaps one day, these operational missions will be declassified but until then, the HQ staff shall always be ready to serve the cause of the revolution and to bring honor and glory unto the name of the great St. Elliot.
