On behalf of the HQ staff and with the approval and consent of the senior leadership of the IPF, Kubizek is hereby promoted to the rank of Soldier First Class and is likewise inducted in to the elite and venerable ranks of the IPF. In addition to this promotion, Soldier First Class Kubizek is appointed to the staff position of Personnel Specialist where he will provide vital technical and administrative assistance to the commanding officer and chief of staff regarding promotion protocols and recommendations for ribbons/decorations.
