I observed this in music: the more complex the music the less is likely it can be performed fine in live events, the easier it is to screw up.

Metal is objectively complex. Come on admit it. Its complex. Which is why popular metal bands usually release 1 good song and 11 that are ugly and bad. And most metal bands cannot perform very well on stage. Check here, the painkiller performance:

This time is awesome. Its very well edited and works well. The problem of judas priest is that as a band tey only did that song that is good and the rest is meh or not very good or straight out bad music.

Theres some bands liek ACDC that make 100% bad music. Other bands like iron maiden do 5% decent music and 95% is trash tier.

But you will see that usually whats true for all of them is none can really perform them live because the music they do is super complex, they screw it up.

Babymetal achieved the appropriate compromise. They train a new generation of music expert kids, and they pay anonymous incels with the guitars to perform in the background. These incels will be baldcels and agecels who spent years perfecting their guitar skills, they wear a mask so is not needed for normies to identify with them. And the incels can be selected for skill not charisma. This allowed to achieve an incredible good performance.

What I independetly noticed by interacting with normies, is they often follow an entire genre or a specific band. Its something I cannot do for the reasons I explained in this shitpost. Because, as I said, most music is not good. The only genre where music is mostly good is eurodance bubblegum. Music like this:

Bubblegum is simple, so its easier to not screw it up. If you do eurodance you can do 1000 songs that more or less sound same but the good part is you cannot fuck it up.

I would say the only way you can make complex music is to train normies since they are young. You can train them to perform flute or violin, but it takes decades of the proper training. But if you do, then you go to the theatre and all normies will perform music majestically well. So you pay and get a proper performance only if the performing normies are trained professionals.

Normies dont seem to be aware of this issue. You can either accept the music you listen is simple, and so is going to be fast to produce hard to screwup. Or is going to be complex and therefore it will be easy to screwup. But maybe is just me and I think in this way. Normies instead seem to just go worship a specific band and at times I wonder if they have deaf ears or what. Because I cannot listen iron maiden for 30 minutes. I can at best do 6 minutes for rhymes of the ancient mariner. Seems to me, these fetid normies are more after the idea of identification with the band. They dont care if the band objectively is bad.

Normies also prefer live performance over isolated music listening with your headphones. I prefer listen to an edited curated song made in a studio instead. That way I can appreciate rap, metal, jazz, whatever is good. Whatever isnt good I dont want to listen to it. This seems also to contradict the DJ (disc jockey) ideology of normies, they have these shamans who tell them what to listen. I think is very backwards as a listening habit, today you should probably rely on spotify to do the selection.
