Honestly, I don't want to look handsome or like a gentleman. I wanna be a pig and lout and look like it as well. Disheveled and sleezy.

The best way would probably to get a three day beard, start looking unkempt, not shower as much.

If you just want to look as unhinged as possible grow your beard out(if you can) but don't take care of it. Same with hair. Don't brush your teeth or wash your clothes. Basically, look up Vox Neruda and imitate him.

Well you have to basically sleep poorly and drink alcohol. Repeat for 4 or 5 years you will look super ugly
