It is with great pleasure and tremendous honor that I hereby announce that the IPF is implementing a new Islamic Service and Independent Studies (ISIS) Program under the auspices of our current awards system. The ISIS Program shall be incorporated into the existing IPF service awards and ribbons/decorations protocol and is intended to promote a greater knowledge of Islam by way of encouraging the faithful and aspiring Muslims in our ranks to devote themselves to cultivating a higher understanding of the dogmatic teachings of the faith through independent study of the Holy Quran, the life of the Prophet Mohammed, Peace be upon Him, and selected Hadiths which will prove edifying in anyone's quest for greater theological enlightenment.
The structure of the awards will be adumbrated below for your consideration but the conferral of these most coveted and sacred emblems of Islamic piety and Mujahedeen like fanaticism will always be per the discretion of our resident Islamic scholar, Mullah Sumzero who devoted much of his life to mastering the subtleties of the Islamic faith and understanding its perfectly conceived moral preachments with an incomparable level of nuance and discernment.
Very honorable mention to my fellow Muslim Brother in Arms, MSG Tovarishcel for his outstanding work in adding these inspiring and beautiful icons which serve as totems of Islamic fitra.
Award: Islamic Service Badge Third Class
Description: This is the first of the series of three, progressively more challenging and ennobling of the ISIS awards and is conferred upon those deserving comrades who have both demonstrated a high measure of Islamic piety as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the faith through their postings on the forums, engagement with comrades on element and/or conversations with fellow Muslims. A public profession of faith is required to be made in the forums by the candidate for the Third Class Badge and our resident Islamic scholar Mullah Sumzero shall always have ultimate and final discretion regarding who is deemed eligible for this sacred badge of faithful service to Allah.

Award: Islamic Service Badge Second Class
Description: This is the second and intermediate award in the ISIS Program and is conferred on the basis of a demonstrable mastery of Islamic knowledge, an expert level of proficiency in understanding and providing an exegetical interpretation of relevant Hadiths and a profound level of personal piety as evinced by ones actions and words. All prerequisites for the Third Class Badge must be met prior to consideration for this award. As with all such awards, Mullah Sumzero shall be the ultimate deciding authority and will personally interview the candidate to asses his worthiness for this most auspicious award.

Award: Islamic Service Badge First Class
Description: This is the highest and most coveted of the ISIS Program badges and it is reserved only for those Muslim men whose piety is unimpeachable, whose fanaticism is beyond doubt and whose expert knowledge of the Quran is incomparable. Only through the process of undertaking the path of Islamic righteousness as determined by Mullah Sumzero shall any candidate be considered worthy of this great honor.
