All those muslim countries you listed also have rapidly falling fertility rates, even if they are still above replacement level. So it's only a matter of time until they reach western levels. I could research all the graphs now but I am too lazy for that. You can just google them, if you for example search for "saudi arabia fertility rate", you see a graph that is falling.

Same for other countries. Muslim countries are overall just poorer (shittier life quality, which is why they want to go to western countries), which is why people got more children, so more survived.
