Any fellow gymcels here?

I've been gymmaxxing since I was about 19, so going on 26 years now and am actually stronger now, relative to my size and body mass then ever I had been before. I also managed to achieve this noble, Spartan like feat entirely without having to use any steroids. I am currently 6'3, 215 lbs, benchpressing about a one rep max of 275 lbs on the Smith Machine and able to rep out with 90 lbs dumbells for flat chestpress. Of course the gym is always ERfuel as I must endure the sight of many a promiscuous and scantily glad whore in yoga pants but at least most of the guys there treat me with great deference and respect out of fear that I might decide to beat them to death with my massively powerful hands.

I used to gymcel but don't go anymore, realised it will never make up for my face at the end of the day. However, I do intend to start going again evenutally.

Fair point comrade Sergeant First Class but I would submit to you that the metrics which foids use apprehend a sort of totality of the circumstances so that they contemplate various aesthetic, monetary, status related and miscellaneous other considerations within their calculus. What this means is that even for those who have sub-5 faces, they can perhaps improve their comprehensive SMV by way of enhancing the areas that are amenable to self-improvement. Consider someone like the late great physicist, Stephen Hawking who was a bona fide truecel if ever there had been. He was IQmaxxed and statusmaxxed and that was enough to overcome his otherwise disgusting and wretched appearance. This principle allows for the possibility that gymmaxxing may increase probability of ascending or so I would posit.

No I am too defeated by life to even stand up from bed, I just lay all day on my bed watching porn and eathing pizza like a fat, stinky brown blob and I don't give a fuck.
I hope I die with an aneurysm soon since I am too much of a coward to kill myself.

Not going to lie, it gets harder by the day to have desire to 'self-improve.'
Gym and other forms of physical sports are a form of self-improvement. Its good to be physically strong as an incel IPF but its never easy to mentally push oneself to go to a normie filled gym or have that motivation and discipline to be consistent. Salute to every and any actual incel/truecel who does make that effort to be strong.
Though being physically strong is definitely worth the hustle. In a world that attempts to emasculate incels, exercising can be one's way of expressing his masculinity. More realistically bodyweight exercises done from the comfort of one's home indoors is preferable to avoid public spaces infested with its normies.
