Blacks and Women, hell not even ALL Men were intended to have the right to vote. The 2nd Amendent has seen plenty of buffs and inhibitors in form of laws by unconstitutional liberal states. The founding fathers intentions for America were that of a White nation, A REPUBLIC and not a feminine democracy. I fucking hate what America has become and I want it fucking extinguished. I can't wait for the collapse. :doomer:

Some day it was a scam from day one. Granted it was before the jewish takeover of masonry. Are so we are told... But the dudes that wrote it were mostly rich lawyers and other weasel-wordsmiths.

If you give men the illusion of freedom they will create amazing things...

Yeah it's sad to see America and the rest of the West fall this way.

The Gynocracy is not an american problem, it's a global tyranny that has every sub5 male submitted and with restrictions instead of liberties

The constitution is just a way of enabling the libtards to get away with all manner of degeneracy and debauchery. Truly great countries are ruled by men of inspired vision like Mein own Fuhrer, Adolf Hitler who ruled by decree and did not need some flimsy cheap jew fangled document to give him a mandate to make changes.

Unfortunately, the prevailing legal philosophy which dominated the federal appellate courts as well as the Supreme Court for the better part of a generation was that which recognized the so-called living constitution or one which was meant to be construed as evolving with the changing sensibilities of the times. Alas, such a document is rendered meaningless since it can be meant to permit anything by anyone, irrespective of the intent of the Framers. I personally cleave steadfastly to the venerable Justice Antonin Scalia's conception of the constitution as being a codification of certain immutable principles. If we permit it to be misconstrued to comport with the whims of the NPC's who comprise the voting constituency in this country, then we might as well not even have a constitution.
