Let it be known that unlike incels.is, BlackpillClub, Neets, Kiwi Farms or any other farcical and entirely unserious online venue which purports to be a place for incels to create a "community", we in the IPF and IBM are fanatically devoted to bringing about a real world, legitimate and entirely lawful political movement on behalf of all our brothers in arms. We also embrace the abiding principle of pure meritocracy and as such, any comrade who fails to meet the reasonable expectations of this organization based on his status, position and rank will be justly demoted.

Thank you for saying so comrade. I have literally dedicated my life to this movement in the sense that it takes precedence to and supersedes all other aspects of my life be they professional or personal. It seems to me that the cause of Incel liberation necessitates both a level of fanaticism as well as a simultaneous capacity to be circumspect and strategic in ones thought process. We in the IPF select only the most worthy candidates for positions of responsibility and leadership and I personally interview each of the aspiring staff members along with our chief of staff, Lieutenant McGee so that we can both assess an individuals propensity for success in any given role. But the primary reason the comrade in question was demoted and defenestrated was because of the very high probability of him being an infiltrator working for either the FBI or the Michigan State Police (I suspect).
