Why don't the feds ever investigate or charge Lamarcus Small with any offense?

Despite clear evidence and ongoing rumors circulating in reference to Lamarcus Small and his mods violating federal law in three different ways there appears to be no inquiry into "Master " as he's known on incels.is.
He's rumored to be involved in child porn soliciting nudes from foids especially underage foids. Both him and his mods. Him and his mods will often ban fellow incels but will most certainly simp for foids. I have attached proof.
He has encouraged suicide overseas and him being a US national encouraging and succeeding in implementing such ideals overseas is a violation of federal law.
He is rumored to watch child porn - another violation of Federal law?
This leads to the question - Are the feds deliberately ignoring Lamarrucs? Are they in cahoots with him?

Loli is based. But yes without a doubt he's a fed or an NGO plant, incels are viewed as a national security threat by the US government so it makes sense that they'd try to have all of us dead by our own hands since it's way cheaper than sending a SWAT team to each individual incels house and coincidentally having every arresting officer feel concerned for it's 'safety' and blow our brains out in 'self defense'. Certain NGOs are also allowed to skirt the law, NCMEC for example is not only allowed to possess and watch illegal pornography but they are also allowed to serve as essentially an additional government law enforcement agency that is NOT held to the fourth amendment which means they are basically the surveillance arm of the US government. Other NGOs are able to pull government grants which allow them access to government agency information, confidential information, or possess controlled substances. This means it's highly probable that Lamarcus is part of an NGO, maybe a feminist/Jewish one.

The problem is the feds won't charge him and are unfairly targeting us despite us doing everything legally.

This makes perfect logical sense given his immunity to prosecution that would not be afforded to anyone else in his circumstances.
Sending SWAT over does cost resources and so does prosecuting individuals in all jurisdictional levels.
