We can do what the Pagan MC brothers do in court proceedings.
If we knew The Captains true identity and where he was being held and if we had access to reliable transportation, we can show up to his court hearings as U.S courts are open to the public.
We can go inside and stare down the prosecutor the judge and any victims if they are any in his case to have them drop the charges.
This is a form of intimidation and you are legally allowed to do this given how bizarre it sounds and when the Pagan brothers did it there was success.
