His demotion today was meant to be temporary as any permanent demotions should be a result of the collective and considered judgement of a properly constituted judicial tribunal, hence my insistence on indictment, arraignment, trial and conviction - so that nobody can every claim that we didn't give them maximal opportunities to make their case and defend themselves.

We are having a staff briefing for the leadership of the IPF tomorrow afternoon at 100 PM EST on vc in the Headquarters room of element though, if you and AutumN and VH and maybe some other comrades want to sit in and just observe while the highest ranks conduct the business you may be welcome to do so. There is no reason why we can't start holding some of these meetings publicly or at least in the general chat section to solicit feedback from the comrades there, especially now as we are in mission critical mode with our forums getting fucked every single day and having nobody to fix it yet.

I'm just wondering what it is that he actually wants.
