- Be well fed. I eat good in the morning, I eat pasta like a pastacel meme. This ensures I dont get low mood during the day. Lots of doomer and chud issues arent philosophical they are derived from lack of calories and lack of correct nutrition. Many people dont want to admit it but is true, many philosophers that postured as sadboi depress simply lacked nutrition and exercise. Their philosophy was a cope, result of a mind that is not well nourished. Many incels dont want to admit this because if they did alot of assumptions would crumble, like the perception of being "deeper" than normies or this idea only you can understand schopenhauer or another cope, but normies cant because they are "less perceptive". What a cope, go eat well and sleep well and eat veggys and fruits and you will see how your mind will improve. You dont even need psychologists, you just need decent nutrition and 90% of your invented issues go into the toilet.
- Sleep good. Lack of sleep causes people to become chud or depress people who write poetry and have lowT. If you sleep good, your T will naturally increase, your IQ will go up within a range of 4-17 points. It means while you walk around and you lost your sleep you suffer severe penalties. No wonder why so many people are depressoids who write poetry, they didnt sleep properly. And after you slept properly you wake up with a massive erection. Which leads me to the next point.
- Jizz in the morning, jizz before sleep. If you jizz before sleep you go into deep sleep very rapidly, you feel oxigenated and cool, life is awesome. Jizz in the morning isnt always recommended, if you feel like it deprives you of essential dick energy dont do it. You jizz in the hours you like the most, and if morning jizz helps you overcome the day then do it.
- Do some basic exercise, walk more use vehicles only when you need to. If you are noob at exercising just do some basic stretching or follow some men health advice you get for cheap on the magazines. Anything is cool so long you do something, literally anything. Once you are well exercised and you reached a basic level, you will see your life "magically" makes more sense. You will naturally detach from internet philosophy, your brain will be inclined to be critical of information. Right now you accept info as it is, because your brain is on survival mode, you dont have energy to waste on criticizing society so you accept it all passively. But if you achieve a decent body shape you will have excess energy, your brain will allow you to perform unnecessary tasks such as criticizing feminism.
Thats my tips and tricks. Its very rudimentary, it doesnt necessitates any visit to the life coach or the psychologist. People will hate my advice simply because is true and it will make the psycho the-rapists lose money.
Reading depress authors is cool, but you will discover that you can engage critically with the authors only if your brain is in good shape. A shit brain will instead accept nick fuentes or the philosophy of the internet forums without any critical assessment. Once you achieve a decent IQ by maxing out your life routine, you will see, everything changes.
