Normies will bait you with nasty mean-spirited verbal jabs. Surely most incels have experienced this level of hate from norimes.
They will escalate it beyond verbal jabs to physical fights even. This is more extreme and only the unlucky incels experience that level of spite. Nonetheless, hate is hate whether it be a verbal or physical confrontation with normies.

Their verbal and physical efforts to maim an incel is meant to chip away at the incel's dignity bit by bit. They understand that if they can make you live in fear and anxiety, they own you.

What happens next is fight, flight or freeze. The incel has three of those options. Problem is that while you may pick fight or flight which is best compared to freezing, even then you still get the short end of the stick as an incel. The very fact that the incel is being picked on is the definition of being isolated by a community and being branded as unwanted. That is a form of social suicide. So even if the incel fights back or escapes from the environment whether it be standing up for himself or avoiding them.
He still is put under so much pressure testing and high cortisol raising situations by normies that ultimately the only real loser is the incel.

Some incels will go down the fight route. They choose to be as nasty as possible back. This is the best most justified option. It gives normies a taste of their own medicine. However most incels lack the proper resources or ability to even enact a form of proper vengeance. Most normies laugh off the futile attempts of an incel's act of fighting back.

This is when not only have the normies cornered the incel in fight, flight or freeze but they've also made the incel into a man he never wanted.
The incel never thought he would've become the angry, bitter and jaded individual he has turned out to be. Even if the incel successfully defends himself well against normies he still understandably feels broken from the fact that he'll never be able to feel normal and relax around normies. He always has to have his gaurd up. In that sense he can't be his authentic true self but instead be what normies forced him to be.

The normies own him at this point. And its up to the incel to make that very hard challenge attempt to escape from that level of control normies have over him. Let this be a lesson to those who believe normies are just simpletons that only think on surface level. They understand how tormenting maliciously works and how they can make an incel question himself and ultimately self destruct.

Normies are truly evil vicious cunts. They are the ones who initiate hostilities and passive aggressive bullshit because they cannot tolerate differences like neurodivergence, or simply one not valuing the same normie goyslop they do.

So when they decide they hate you and want you gone they do their passive aggressive manipulative bullshit, that is not visible or blatantly unsociable—but it provokes one into responding. And then when you do rightfully respond in kind, they blow the shit out of proportion and paint you as the bad guy.
