Too many times have seen autistic men online and in real life act incredibly erratic. Understand they can't control it but there's plenty of times these autistic men make a fool out of themselves even more so than they need to when they are unable to control their tics and urges in the public's eye. They tend to be incels in denial so its harder to sympathize for them even when I want to since they hate incels.
Typically they gatekeep and come across as off putting due to undeveloped social skills and are quick to be hostile and taking things personally.
They are usually below average in looks so there's no saving them when they don't have the looks to get away with it.
IBM should try to be understanding of such men but also promote a less gatekeeping mindset similar of these men who lack people skills as to not make the same mistake. Learn from their downfalls.
