The idea is you promote criminality and make it appear "super cool". Later you use criminals to bully kids, inflict sexual related trauma, so kids will not study and will deal drugs. Step 3 you use these idiots for the international drug trade. Step 4 you put them in prison, collect the drug money they made on their own (we have proof about state behavior in drug money collection). Step5 organize prisons as labor camps.

You can also import illegals, put more cops in the streets, put more AI cameras, justify the presence of a militarized police, ask more taxes to pay the police, organize political right wing parties "anti liberal" around the idea that illegals are a menace against locals. Win win. You get a right wing government, prison concentration camps, citizens are unarmed surveilled taxpayers, and you also get your favorite flavor of right wing dystopia.

I was thinking also about crusades, when these thugs and criminals were given indulgences to participate in wars. Now that I think about it im a criminal myself, and most of our members are dispossessed or institutionalized or proto-rapists. Well thats fine, I just hope I dont get swamped by them, this is a situation where if you dont lead they lead you.
