How to fix academia feminism

I am reading feminism materials since a while I noticed some issues.
I clarify now I focused mostly on postfeminism literature like chick lit and feminist romance and subjective literature like simone de beauvoir and camille paglia and so on.
I did read lots of feminism publications and I found them all low quality.
Most of the texts are all about narrative and lived experience, but their statistical methodology is often bad, and the design of the studies is bad too. I resorted then to focus on their ideology and their subjective texts rather than their studies.
One thing that struck me was noticing how many universities teach feminism, its 700 just in the USA alone. I was asking myself, how the fuck we fix that mess?
My gut feeling would be we declare feminism illegal and we put a rifle on feminist heads and force them to correct their own low quality theses, then give them to the incels on this forum so they can have fun.
But seriously, what can be done to fix the low quality of feminism? Its super low quality.
