I believe brainet will never solve human stupidity. I refer to the famous experiment from Duke university where they plugged monkey brains to solve riddles.

Yes you can use brains for computation power, seems like they proved it.
Curious that this was also written in the original matrix. They changed it in the movie, narrating that humans are used for electricity. They said people would never understand if they were told human brain can be a computer. In the original matrix, humans were used as a distributed processing power plantation. In the movie adaptation they changed it into electricity related. Ok I guess, makes less sense.

But I think stupidity isnt about computation alone. Look at groups of humans, they never outperform individuals. Pure processing power may make you a powerful biological machine if matrix existed, but I am sure it does not makes you immune from stupidity.

I do not have the credentials to test this idea but I think stupidity will always emerge. Even if you add more brains in the brainet, they would end up amplifiying biases. These biological machines arent created to be logic engines they are more like reality engines. Reality isnt logic. Stupid people are not low computation power machines, they may be tuned for some imperceptible survival task we deem "stupid" but they do things their own way.

So whats up with this brainet? I will guess, I think is gona be an infinite tsukuyomi the elites can use to plug people into a cope virtual reality and nothing more.
