Need More Members Asap

There's a 100+ registered users but roughly give or take a dozen is online. Meaning only a fraction has been retained.
Granted this forum is meant to be isolated from normies and the public's view for our operation in IBM matters.
But now with incels.is handing out forgiveness bans like candy and granting easy access for new users and also through Google algorithm boosting their forum to top page, less users are willing to make that transfer into IBM.
I've heard Discord did not work out well when IBM created its own. I do not know what happened but it seems like it got wiped out for breaking Discord's TOS by likely normies mass reporting it I won't be surprised.
Element is currently being used, I am unaware if other platforms are being used as a lower ranking member who only joined recently and made the plunge into transferring from one forum to another. The thing about Element is that its not as enjoyable to use as privacy oriented as it may be. The UI of discord is instantly recognizable and is the poster boy for the homes for communities. Its unfortunate IBM doesn't use discord, its a great way to create gaming events and more with usage of bots as well. Hoping the superiors could perhaps make a second try with discord but reduce the chances of it being nuked.
If we cannot get more members, we need more time spent together. I urge Cpt Darth to seek out ways we could bond. It doesn't just have to be through video games. It could be through anything. Something we could do. Initially I suggested we have game events but it seems that the higher ups aren't too on-board with it yet. I can't think of any other way to bond better than video games. Livestreaming could be a good runner-up alternative. Another could be kick starting operations online rather than in real life first. Launching infiltrators back into incels.is could be a good headstart.
What makes small daily active userbase and poor retention a big warning sign is that it often leads to a lack of cohesion between users. They do not feel the need to return or post. They don't feel heard, quite literally even when there's a low amount of conversations between members in comparison to other forums.
Boredom kicks in and people start to feel discouraged. We need to start online operations. Make ourselves known. Make the userbase feel like they are heading somewhere or towards something.
Incel Power.
