There's a 100+ registered users but roughly give or take a dozen is online. Meaning only a fraction has been retained.
Granted this forum is meant to be isolated from normies and the public's view for our operation in IBM matters.
But now with incels.is handing out forgiveness bans like candy and granting easy access for new users and also through Google algorithm boosting their forum to top page, less users are willing to make that transfer into IBM.

I've heard Discord did not work out well when IBM created its own. I do not know what happened but it seems like it got wiped out for breaking Discord's TOS by likely normies mass reporting it I won't be surprised.

Element is currently being used, I am unaware if other platforms are being used as a lower ranking member who only joined recently and made the plunge into transferring from one forum to another. The thing about Element is that its not as enjoyable to use as privacy oriented as it may be. The UI of discord is instantly recognizable and is the poster boy for the homes for communities. Its unfortunate IBM doesn't use discord, its a great way to create gaming events and more with usage of bots as well. Hoping the superiors could perhaps make a second try with discord but reduce the chances of it being nuked.

If we cannot get more members, we need more time spent together. I urge Cpt Darth to seek out ways we could bond. It doesn't just have to be through video games. It could be through anything. Something we could do. Initially I suggested we have game events but it seems that the higher ups aren't too on-board with it yet. I can't think of any other way to bond better than video games. Livestreaming could be a good runner-up alternative. Another could be kick starting operations online rather than in real life first. Launching infiltrators back into incels.is could be a good headstart.

What makes small daily active userbase and poor retention a big warning sign is that it often leads to a lack of cohesion between users. They do not feel the need to return or post. They don't feel heard, quite literally even when there's a low amount of conversations between members in comparison to other forums.

Boredom kicks in and people start to feel discouraged. We need to start online operations. Make ourselves known. Make the userbase feel like they are heading somewhere or towards something.

Incel Power.

Those are all excellent points comrade and as usual, I appreciate yout taking the time to write such a well conceived and circumspect post here. I will try to engage with your points as systematically as I can.

I said a few days ago that .is will soon be offering general amnesty and ban forgiveness to any users who had previously been banned and who were not directly affiliated with the IBM/IPF prior to the commencement of hostilities with those faggots due to their simping and duplicitous nature. The reconciliation is meant to deprive us of otherwise potentially becoming a refuge for anyone who has been exiled from .is per my own pledge to ensure that we will provide just, equitable and impartial moderation of these forums. They have already reinstated such notorious user as Stupid_Clown who is an admitted homosexual with a penchant for trannies and others who had ostensibly been perma-banned. The admins know that we present an existential threat to the continued dominance of their forums within the incelosphere and are taking these steps to disincentivize their base from affiliating with our movement as they fear our potential to become the premier organization for incel men both in the virtual world as well as in reality.

Element serves as a secure and stable platform but it was never intended to be any more then a back up and a contingency for the loss of discord and a place where the most trusted and dedicated comrades can congregate and confide in one another knowing that they are trusted and proven.

Discord has consistently banned me every time I have attempted to resurrect and reinstate the original Men's Rights server, despite it taking different forms in its successive incarnations. We may have someone else in the leadership create a discord page as I am cognizant of just how much of an opportunity it presents to engage our potential target audience and generate greater interest in our forums.

Ultimately the growth of these forums and of this movement is going to depend on the efforts of our present members in spreading the word that there is a new organization which has entered in to the incelosphere and is unlike any other which has come before in that we don't merely seek to perpetuate the sort of virtual circle jerk that transpires over on .is but rather aspire to facilitate the creation of a real world, legitimate political movement which will serve to vindicate the collective grievances of all incel men.

My Discord account was nuked in the original IBM servers, Discord staff are aware of the threat posed by the IBM to the gynocratic Jewish world system and will take extreme measures if the organization attempts to coalesce there.

I don't believe it's worth attempting to make Discord servers, and alternatives which are less censorious should be utilized.

However, it's true that forums aren't currently in fashion, and perhaps it's time for an incel website which moves beyond the forum format and incorporates elements of popular modern websites or apps. This could be a promising enterprise for the IBM, since other incel forums are simplistic and not in keeping with modern website trends, meaning that over time they risk becoming outdated and losing their clout.

I agree that it would be beneficial to have bread and circuses to keep IBM members entertained, and give people an incentive to join. After all, most of the inceldom is quite dour and people don't find much enjoyment in it. If the IBM becomes a hub where people can enjoy and express themselves, then it will appeal to a wider group of people tired of the present inceldom.

However, at the moment the membership is limited, and putting too much effort into such events would risk losing focus on outreach and new members, as well as likely having low attendance.

I agree that doing online stunts of the kind popularized by rDrama, and discussing it here, could be an easy and low-maintenance way for members to spice this forum up and make it more enjoyable for people to peruse. Further, incels often seem to enjoy conflict with nemeses such as their foes in IncelTears, so if we were posted on such places then it might serve to bring more publicity and notoriety to the organization. While I find the obsession with such subreddits aggravating, I do think it's something that could serve our purposes by generating controversy and stirring people's controversy about the organization.

Further, this would have the benefit of spreading the IBM's name beyond this website, which would be valuable because at the moment outreach is difficult due to the organization being effectively blacklisted and unmentionable on other sites in the inceldom.

Absolutely. It's important to have not only more members, but also some quality engagement and enjoyable posts to foster a community.

Smaller incel forums, like the short-lived inceldom.cafe, could only thrive because people enjoyed the community and found it to be a good avenue for self-expression. Sadly, disputes between the administration of that forum led to its end.

I believe that the IBM is far more capably led, and its power and importance is already evident in these early days. However, it would definitely benefit from members becoming more engaged, and from finding modes of advertising that couldn't be thwarted by nefarious, malign incel forum administrators.
