I honestly have no idea, I have been a mix of both. Well I mean both make your life hell so theres that.

Too loud is definitely worse.
It may appear due to normie and women preferences that loud people are the best of the best. In reality they are irrelevant. They dont matter, they just scream "give me attention", as if life is still kindergarten. People like that dont matter at all, trust me.

Totally agree. When i am too loud my life is a living hell. When i am too quiet life is still bad but somewhat manageable.
