Operations Manager - executive leadership position responsible for coordinating all social media activities, planning large scale strategic projects, providing guidance and direction to lower ranking staff personnel and consulting with the commander on executive decisions for the movement as a whole: viewtopic.php?t=184

Recruitment Supervisor - leadership position and department head responsible for superintending all of our efforts to engage the existing target demographic across a variety of virtual venues, will make recommendations to the leadership staff concerning efforts to recruit and retain new members and will actively select candidates for membership viewtopic.php?t=138

Security Specialist - will vet prospective applicants for admittance to our higher echelon forums (ILM and IPF) based on post history, quantitative and qualitative metrics assessing content, ideological continuity and demonstrable loyalty to the cause, will be eligible for rapid advancement to the leadership position of Recruitment Supervisor contingent on excellent job performance: viewtopic.php?t=227

Come on guys, we need some fucking help in the headquarters as it is just myself, the lieutenant and the staff sergeant and has been now for the last month. We can't possibly do everything ourselves and this is literally a full time job for me as I spend an average of 7-8 hours a day just doing IPF related business (post maxxing on these forums, recruiting new comrades, conceiving of and implementing content, supervising lower personnel, various administrative tasks, etc.). We need someone to step the fuck up and apply for one of these openings. Rank, moderator status and the opportunity to influence the trajectory of the movement await qualified candidates.

Excellent comrade. Please carefully read the job posting and determine how best you might be qualified to serve in that capacity. We will certainly give favorable consideration to your long and venerable service to the incel community and the renowned and fame which you achieved for yourself over on .is before you were exiled from there. Also, there is opportunity for rapid advancement to the position of security supervisor if you can do the job of specialist with sufficient competence.
