There was a group on the internet that presented their hypothesis. They say you dont fap and you achieve a personal transformation.

The quesiton is: can you transmute your sexual energy somehow? I would be inclined to be trustful of the possibility but I did not investigate it.

Nofap as far I understand is not necessarily associated with the idea of sexual transmutation but they argued several benefits. Such as they say they get energy boosts or increased motivation. I dont doubt this is a possibility, and it depends from person to person. Maybe some of them dealt with very bad habits and the support of an online group helped them overcome their issues. So if that was the case all the better if they were able to get rid of bad habits.

As for sexual energy is it a real thing? I would say maybe, I dont know. The fact so many traditions talk about it surely means there is something. I mean, more cultures talk about the same phenomenon to me means there has to be something real. I would say maybe "transmutation" would be if you use your time to achieve creative goals that would qualify for a "transmutation" probably.

Ok theres these ideas about Qi prana pneuma "the force" vital spirit the vril. Whatever it is. Seems more people talk of this energy. I dont know what it is. I am modeling in my head similar to naruto with the nature chakra absorption. I was thinking with this rudimentary understanding of mine, perhaps nofapping is not enough. One has to do the work to really transmute this energy, if it exists. So maybe if you nofap you do nothing fancy, but if you had a spiritual method to transmute it then Ok it can do something.
