I do think Marx was a celebrity of sorts. The media of his time boosted him and made him look like "the voice of history" doing these black and white pics that espress a sense of gravitas or "deep thought" so hes super mediated and the idea most normies have of marx is this big giant pilar of philosophy. Basically I realized shit stained normies were told of "the utopia" and "the reason behind history" and "a vision for future" and they had this concept of the communist utopia. So how do you counter against that? Well some people opened think tanks and they did that "life philosophy" around the idea of "meaning".
