Anyone else struggling with Autism and ADHD?

basically the title i have Autism and ADHD at the same time, i am only able to focus on specific topic and task for brief moment of time.
The things i am able to focus on are completely different from my previous or upcoming tasks. Its gets incredibility painful to maintain discipline and delays my tasks, my deadlines became a racetrack with several spikes and mislabeled direction of roads.
I know this is not strictly an incel related topic but i was just curious if any other incels struggles with similar mental problems.
