It's better to be constantly miserable than it is to have happiness ripped away from you

This is is my view of life based on what I've experienced. Anything I enjoy in life will be ripped away. It's worse to temporarily happy than it is to be constantly miserable. When you're temporarily happy, the pain you'd experience when that happiness is ripped away will be worse than the pain you'll experience were you to be constantly miserable. Let's say that you were numb before, well, you'll be absolutely miserable afterwards.

If something seems to be going well I suspect that it's a trick by fate to maks me feel horrible.

At least your status with the IPF will never be ripped away from you, my clown
