Clearly he never said that he was a sex haver and even if he had made such a claim, we can't afford to alienate and disenfranchise any of our members, most especially someone who happens to be one of our most prolifically active forum members at this time as we have too few comrades here who are actually willing and able to contribute in a meaningful way to engagement with this community. Also, no one will ever be dispossessed of his rights to post here unless we have formally adjudicated the matter in a quasi-judicial hearing and made a determination on the basis of sound evidentiary findings. I am a real world lawyer, have a doctorate of laws degree and would not countenance anything less then proper administrative procedures when making rulings which could in any way effect one of my constituents.
