I'm wanting to spice things up a bit. Instead of buying the same old food.

While I can't tell you what to buy at Walmart I can certainly tell you what not to buy. Their meats section is generally of a very low quality and ought not to be trusted and their vegetables lack the vitality and brilliance of those from Meijer (the midwestern competitor of Walmart). The seafood is either quite excellent in the case of the salmon which comes from Chile or dangerously horrific in the case of their shrimp platters which are usually assembled by dirty, disease infested Mexican migrant workers whose vile hands impart all manner of communicable diseases. Two years ago I contracted an excruciating case of gastroenteritis after eating one of these Walmart shrimp platters and thought that it was viral hemorrhagic fever, such was the intensity and frequency of the nuclear diarrhea that I experienced.
