I got an idea observing successful entrepreneurs in the socialist area in my country. They basically had such brilliant achievement they are stuff of legends. But their tactics will not work in my society.

My idea is I repurpose the idea of a homeless. And issues of homeless people will become more relvant in the near future due to the expansion of the marginalized class.

Instead of saying "be responsable" I give boots and tools that require care to work properly. Instead of saying "have discipline" I give gear that only works if maintained. You dont tell them "you matter" but give them something that expects competence.

In a nutshell I want to try to design a new identity. None will be "hobo retard homeless" we will be "urban survivors".

Level 0: resident trainee will receive shelter, survival gear and support, participation in training and bootcamps, no decision power whatsoever.
Level 1: worker will produce items and be payed per piece per unit, no planning no authority.
Level 2 lead worker will train others, oversee quality, slightly higher pay (very slight), still produces.
Level 3 planner foreman will identify needs, organize workflows, interface with staff and enter into university courses to improve his knowledge.
Level 4 partner. They will be hobos selected for their outstanding morality, long term planners, people I select among the trash and elevate, will have housing priority, revenue share and long contracts. Higher quality = higher trust = higher pay.

The sad truth of hobos is most of them are immoral garbage, so if we have to do an organization it has to be about selecting the good ones, and the rest have to just be helped without giving them any decisions to do other than maintaining equipment and gear or distribute food tasks.

Basically have to filter hardcore. Remove all drug users, mentally handicapped and retards. Instead boost the smart moral ones. The retards and lowIQ can get at the bottom and learn survival tricks and get free food but its number 1 priority to cast them in the bottom.

Incels.is showed me that if we allow the immoral to rule, we get ruined forever.
