Attention to orders men! Per the discretionary power of the commanding officer of the IPF and with the support and approbation of the chief of staff, Corporal King David is hereby demoted to IPF Recruit, dismissed from his position as our acting Recruitment Supervisor and heretofore officially censored for failure to respond to the bill of indictment that had been brought against him on our element server.

King David had previously served with distinction by way of his prolific and substantial contributions to these forums and was justly recognized for his exemplary service through rapid promotion and advancement to a position in our leadership staff. The IPF is however a pure meritocracy whereby only those comrades who contribute in a meaningful way to the furtherance of the strategic objectives and mission of the organization are eligible for commendation, elevation and promotion. We carefully scrutinize the individual aptitudes, experience, education, skills and loyalty of each of our comrades using entirely objective performance metrics to assess their worthiness for recognition.

King David has been negligent in the performance of his duties by failing to personally recruit any new members to our cause, has been derelict in his obligations to his comrades by not posting on these forums in the last week or even logging in since Tuesday and has shown contempt for his commanding officer by disregarding and/or insolently ignoring these grave and considerable charges that have been brought against him. Failing an immediate effort on his behalf to rectify these deficiencies and apologize for his profound indiscretions, he shall be dismissed from the IPF with extreme prejudice. It is so ordered.

No man of honor and certainly, no soldier of the IPF can refuse to answer a direct question by his commanding officer particularly as it pertains to determining his own degree of negligence or culpability.
