Saw the same stacey tier foid two days in a row

I saw the same foid who belongs somewhere in the stacey category for two days in a row. Yesterday as I was going outside to put out my recycles I saw her walking her dog. She has long blonde hair and was wearing typical winter attire and she looks to be pale white. Yesterday she spotted me too and waited until I had finished putting out my recycles to continue walking. She hid by a fence in my neighbors front yard though she was in plain view of me. Today I spotted her walking her dog again from outside my bedroom window. She did not stop this time because I was not outside.

What more would you expect from a stacey?
