yesterday at night i cuted myself again i just came back from scholl and looked at my back and the wound are visible

Don't engage in self harm comrade and while I know from personal experience that life can be depressing and indeed immiserating at times, think on the future of our movement and the imperishable glory which we will one day attain for ourselves once we begin to mobilize the masses of incel comrades irl for paramilitary training operations, political rallies and incel power demonstrations. Soon we will have a local IPF affiliated chapter in every major town and city in the world which will provide skills training, educational materials, military instruction and moral support to all of our comrades.
