It is on account of the disequilibrium of aesthetic standards that exist in the west between men and foids. To be considered a conventionally attractive male you need to be at least 6'2, very muscular, have well defined abs and a chiseled physique of a superhero, have proverbial "flow" in the vernacular of normies (AKA long, faggoty looking hair), a well defined and sufficiently angular face and also have the added qualities of being charismatic, gregarious and highly sociable. To be considered a conventionally attractive foid you need to be less then 500 lbs.
