i agree. In the past android was a bit more nerdy but it got so many downgrades over the time that the few "advantages" it had disappeared.

I imagined android vs apple as another scam like when they do democrat vs republican. So the debate on the internet became much less pronounced. People still do xbox vs playstation, and blue team vs red team. In the case of android it became increasingly evident that its a clone of apple or very very similar but with ton of disadvantages.

Apple instead, is cool but I think chinese phones are better. For example xiaomi brand released a phone with tech so much objectively superior that looks like an iphone from the future, it has carbon battery, a lot of big specs. Its logical that ends up like this because apple has all factories in china. The chinese people can pull the plug any moment, the chinese people can say one day "hey apple, fuck you", and they can deprive apple of all the assembly lines or take away tech from them or release it first on their xiaomi phones apple later.
