Qi Jiguang trained his army strictly.
His son disobeyed military orders and he killed him.
His wife began looking for him and wreaking havoc and as he knew he was
in the wrong, from then on out he was afraid of his wife.
Who knew that this fear could make his courage grow and later when the
Japanese army came he became a hero of the resistance against Japan? This
happened because although the Japanese were scary, they were not as scary
as his wife so – he dared to fight.

The readers who have read the history of Greece will know that in Sparta
every man went into battle.
The wives told them: “If you don’t win the fight, you can’t see me again.”.
So everyone killed the enemy bravely and a small country like Sparta was
able to rise up. If they didn’t build the habit of fearing their wives, how
could they have gotten this great result?
