Soldier Alek has consistently shown an attitude of capricious disregard for his responsibilities as a member of the leadership staff of this movement. He has repeatedly failed to meet reasonable recruitment goals in his capacity as operations manager and acting recruitment supervisor and has likewise exhausted the leniency of more senior members of this organization by having flagrantly violated our attendance rules governing weekly briefings.
His dereliction of duty, personal incompetence and general stupidity have brought dishonor upon himself and the entire IPF HQ Staff. He is hereby also removed from his position as operations manager and demodded.
