to me, youtube pushes anime and cope. But for some reason I was captured in some algorithmic situation where they also sent me commentary of copes such as games. I came then to know about a "movement" called "stopkillingames" and is a bunch of people with righ leaning tendency complain about games with a ton of feminism in it. I managed in any case to remove it by engaging with anime and coping. So the algorithm mostly gives you what you want or would make you infuriated = generate engagement.
