Attention to orders men! Per the recommendation of the commanding officer of the IPF, with the consent of the HQ staff and pursuant to the guidelines and policies adumbrated within the official rank and advancement protocols document, the following administrative actions are hereby effectuated on this seventeenth day of July in the year of Allah 2025:
IBM Members Massimo and AmericanHurricane33 are promoted and transferred to the more elite ranks of the ILM (Incel Liberation Movement) out of consideration for their consistent engagement with this community as measured both by the quantity of their respective posts as well as the quality of their contributions
IBM Member Devoteecel is awarded the Recruitment Ribbon Second Class in recognition for having personally inspired three new comrades to join our glorious revolutionary movement
As always in our organization, all promotions, awards, decorations and other forms of official recognition are predicated exclsively on objective merit and based on meaningful contributions to the advancement of the cause of incel liberation.
