For gross personal negligence, dereliction of duty as a serving member of the IPF HQ Staff and failure to report in a timely and punctilious manner to his superiors, CPL Raider is hereby demoted to the rank of IPF Soldier, removed from his position in our recruitment department and transferred out of the HQ Staff.
While the former Corporal had initially offered to serve our cause in a zealous and honorable manner, he subsequently failed to take any tangible actions in furtherance of his domain of responsibility as our acting assistant recruitment supervisor. He likewise compounded his malfeasance by failing to attend recent staff meetings, greatly diminished his engagement with these forums and for failure to respond to a very gracious offer of leniency that I personally extended him over two days ago.
Unlike every other forum in the incelosphere and almost every form of employment in either public or private sector, we here in the IPF/IBM are a pure meritocracy whereby nepotism, favoritism and other jewish methods of advancement are disallowed and where instead each comrade is promoted on the basis of his actual skills, experience, training, aptitudes and/or education, as measured by objective performance metrics. Failure to comport oneself in a manner befitting the rank which one holds will always result in demotion.
