Father Tezcatlipoca is the absolute lord of the universe. He created the world and life on earth as a hunting ground, where he commands and rules over all beings. Among men, he chooses some from all parts of the world, to be his children and to develop. He is the cause of everything, whether good or bad, that occurs in the world. And if life is hostile to a person, it is because his mentality and behavior are not correct. There is no penalty or causality in the afterlife. What you do here, you suffer the consequences here, in life.

Oh and of course: there are some people who were born just to suffer. He creates them to be his prey. However, he does not kill them, but rather, tortures them, through social problems, diseases, genetics, appearance, political/religious fanaticism, etc.

It is even possible that degenerative diseases are actually a visible form of Him eating away at a person little by little. Yes, the creator of the universe is a sadist, and this is obvious to anyone who accepts the basic facts of life. He also creates death, just as He creates life. From there, it is already clear that He is the one who creates murderers, criminals, natural and human disasters, etc.
And what's more, it is he who generates the spiritual manifestations distinct from religions, to generate the modern world, based on perpetual conflicts and a spirituality rooted in human need, and not in the observation of spiritual facts.
