There is an inherent contradiction, the norms broadly are eroding so most people even if they wanted couldnt fully get normie. In any case I get the point, I still use the term "normie" and in my case is to describe "these people" that we see around us.

seems like an incel space who fulfilled a resolution of "the blackpill" but you have to know some pill history in online culture to even get what they mean by "solving blackpill" it can easily make no sense at all if you dont get the online jargon.
