I'm feeling somewhat disappointed today not just the usual loneliness and sexual frustration. But I have been wanting to get up early to do temp construction work but I have trouble getting there at 6am because I don't own a car and have insomnia I take sleeping pills but I can never get up for the most part that early so now I feel like a neet loser living off of the government and my dad puts me down sometimes over this making enough money for me seems impossible at the moment.

As a fellow insomniac and one who routinely lives with the consequences of chronic sleep depravation, I can understand and empathize with your plight. Might I suggest trying to find a job which enables you to work either second or even third shift and that is far less physically laborious and nigger-like then construction work. I myself spent years working in the field of contract and then later corporate security and I can tell you that working as a security guard is one of the easiest, least mentally and/or physically demanding jobs you could conceivably have. Since it is typically a 24/7/365 operation, there are abundant opportunities for second and third shift assignments for individuals such as you and I who have a strong physiological revulsion for getting up early.

Unbelievable that you got all those legal qualifications and then ended up working as a security guard for years

I worked as a lowly guard before I went to law school and then worked in management subsequent to my graduation and prior to being employed in academia.

You managed security guards?

You managed security guards?

I helped manage an office that was responsible for the operations associated with a company that provided security services and yes, there was a time when I directly managed guard services in the field but that wasn't for very long.

Interesting

I wonder how the pay compared to that of your academic job

They say academics don't get paid so much

We really shouldn't be discussing these matters here in the forums as this is a public venue. Ask me about my experiences during the meeting tomorrow evening or on element as that is a more discreet and secure venue. But the pay in the contract security field has extreme variations depending on the site, the job function and especially the client. Academic work offers low compensation for anything but tenured and contractual positions so oftentimes one can make more money in the security field then as an instructor.

What experience do you need to work as a security guard ? I have no experience with that and how would I write a resume for that type of work ? I asked a peace officer at the bus station about it and he said they higher anyone but I'm not sure that they will hire me.

I would tell you that it will depend a great deal on the company you work for but for entry level positions in the contract security business, especially those assigned to work at sites associated with either the hospitality or manufacturing sectors, there is very little experience or education required.

I was responsible for conducting interviews and then onboarding new staff and many of the new hires were as close to being NEETs as I've ever seen and would never have been hired in most other jobs. Private security is not something that many people aspire to do and it often times necessitates working difficult hours, including weekends and holidays, offers little by way of benefits and doesn't usually pay very well. The job itself is extremely easy though and really just requires being vigilant and reporting anything out of the ordinary to your supervisor.

I have always considered working as a security guard to be the ideal job for most incels and have even been contemplating the possibility of establishing my own contract security company which could then be used as a lucrative front operation for our movement and would enable me to hire many of our comrades and give them both a respectable wage and a greater purpose through honorable work.

As far as resumes are concerned, if it is entry level then the hiring manager really won't be too concerned with job experience and so long as you don't have a criminal record or a history of mental illness they will likely give you some consideration.
