I am not claiming that they are actual sociopaths or narcisists, but a lot of them have traits of those things.

Like you can often see in normies the will to hurt, crush, and humiliate even if there is no reason to do it; they often justify their evil deeds claiming that the victim deserved it or that it is his fault. (Lack of empathy).

Or they need someone to give their unsolicited advice just to let you know how superior they are (like a narcisist who need to have the upper hand in a relationship).

I absolutely agree and as someone who keeps a copy of the DSM-V and reads it frequently to try and decipher the erratic and destructive behavior of most normies I must say that it seems to me that your psychoanalysis is accurate. Many normies seem to project their own inadequacies on others around them and thus denigrate people who remind them of themselves. I also have witnessed a fairly ubiquitous lack of basic human empathy intrinsic to most normies in western culture though the capacity to relate to and commiserate with another human being is culturally modulated so this might be less pronounced in honor cultures such as one would find in Japan, Albania, Pakistan or anywhere in the Middle East.
