Attention to orders men! Pursuant to the policies adumbrated in the IPF official Service Awards Protocol document and for having served as a member of the elite IPF for more than three months time as of June 3, Sergeant Major Sumzero is hereby awarded with the IPF Long Service Ribbon Second Class.
As an organization that is dedicated to maintaining a pure meritocracy whereby advancement, recognition and promotion are exclusively determined by one's experience, skills, fanaticism, loyalty and general utility to the revolution, we take pride in ensuring that individual achievement is properly rewarded and service to ones comrades is incentivized.
